Insurance Login

The Insurance Login portal of ShopNet is provided to any Insurance Company, Agency or Agent that has registered with us. This portal gives you the information you need when you need it. It is a live connection to our Management Software giving you up-to-date accurate information on your Customer’s repairs at Hansen Collision. Current vehicle status, job cost, and collision related pictures are available live 24/7. Also available is the ability to look back at previous job history for your Customers.

Furthermore, as we gather vital data regarding Customer Satisfaction we want to pass it on to their Insurance provider. Available online are the answers and scores to your Customer Surveys.

Coming Soon: The First Connect department of Hansen Collision also contacts Customers to take their Survey via Phone. Soon the recordings of these Phone surveys, if available, will be provided online.

Just a Reminder, this is the first release of ShopNet. Even though there has been extensive testing you might experience a couple bugs. To help improve ShopNet, please report these bugs using our Bug Reporter.
