The Fleet Customer Login portal of ShopNet is provided to all our Fleet Customers. This portal gives you the information you need when you need it. It is a live connection to our Management Software giving you up-to-date accurate information on all your repairs at Hansen Collision. Current vehicle status, job cost, job approval, pickup and delivery data, and collision related pictures are available live 24/7. Also available is the ability to look back at your previous job historyHansen Collision wants to provide our Fleet Customers with the best possible service. One of the tools we utilize when evaluating our service is our online customer survey. We ask that you fill out this survey at the completion of each repair in order to provide us feedback on your experience with Hansen Collision.
Coming Soon: Additions coming soon to ShopNet are the ability to print off your Invoice for your records, to directly communicate with the repair center, and to request an Estimate on any of your fleet vehicles.
Just a Reminder, this is the first release of ShopNet. Even though there has been extensive testing you might experience a couple bugs. To help improve ShopNet, please report these bugs using our Bug Reporter.
