Hansen Collision is providing this Beta Release of ShopNet Portal to all our Customers. ShopNet Portal is designed to allow our customers to request an estimate, and check their vehicle repair status in real-time.

Customer Login

The Customer Login portal of ShopNet is provided to all of our Customers. This portal gives you the information you need when you need it. It is a live connection to our Management Software giving you up-to-date accurate information on your repair at Hansen Collision. Current vehicle status, job cost, and collision related pictures are available live 24/7. Also available is the ability to look back at your previous job history.

Hansen Collision wants to provide our Customers with the best possible service. One of the tools we utilize when evaluating our service is our online customer survey. We ask that you fill out this survey at the completion of each repair in order to provide us feedback on your experience with Hansen Collision.

Coming Soon: Additions coming soon to ShopNet are the ability to print off your Invoice for your records, to directly communicate with the repair center, and to request an Estimate.

Just a Reminder, this is the first release of ShopNet. Even though there has been extensive testing you might experience a couple bugs. To help improve ShopNet, please report these bugs using our Bug Reporter.
